MFUMC hosts a number of groups that assist individuals in finding the support and community necessary to live a healthy and whole life. All groups meet at the church. Contact information for specific questions is included with each group description.

ALCOHOLICS ANONYMOUS
Thursdays at 6 p.m. weekly
Alcoholics Anonymous® is a fellowship of men and women who share their experience, strength and hope with each other that they may solve their common problem and help others to recover from alcoholism. Group One Sixty-Four meets at the church weekly on Thursdays at 6:00 pm.

AL-ANON

Al-Anon is a self-help recovery program for families and friends of alcoholics, protected by a policy of anonymity.

ALS SUPPORT GROUP

2nd Thursday of each month at 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

The ALS United Georgia, offers a monthly support group to provide an opportunity for patients, family members, caregivers and friends to come together to share stories and get information. Speakers are scheduled to increase knowledge of community services and effective strategies for living with ALS.
