Senior Adult Ministry Luncheon- A Musical Journey

Join us in the Family Life Hall to go on a musical journey with MFUMC Director of Music Jim Broussard on Wednesday, May 19th at noon. Jim Broussard joins us with many years of experience. He grew up in Nederland, Texas and graduated from the New England Conservatory of Music in Boston, Massachusetts. Jim has many musical gifts including playing the piano, organ and singing. He has sung for The Metropolitan Opera and in many places throughout Europe. He also sang over 500 performances of Phantom of the Opera with Andrew Lloyd Webber and Hal Prince in Hamburg, Germany and has had the privilege of singing under Placido Domingo, James Levine, Nikolaus Harnoncourt, baroque specialist Heinz Hollinger, and studied with world-renowned tenor Nicolai Gedda. He has served on the faculties of Clemson University, North Greenville University and Charleston Southern University.

Please make a lunch selection from the "ADD-ON" section. Cost is $10. Be sure to answer the COVID questions when registering. Masks are required walking in and out of the Family Life Hall, if you don't have a mask, we can provide for you. Once you are seated, masks can be removed.
