Being a Christmas angel to a family in your community is a wonderful way to spread joy during the holiday season. Your involvement can make a significant impact in ensuring that families in your community have a memorable and joyous Christmas. Whether you choose to sponsor, make a financial donation, or volunteer, your contribution will bring warmth and happiness to those in need during the holiday season.

Here are the three ways you can participate:

1. Sponsor a Family

CLICK HERE to provide THREE packages per assigned child with suggested total spending of around $100 per child. If sponsoring a whole family, we ask that you please provide equal packages per child within the family.

Please answer the questions below regarding your preferences. You will be provided a “wish list” for your child/children by Thanksgiving. You are not required to buy everything on the list. These are merely suggestions of their interest or needs. If you chose to provide a gift card for the child as one of your gifts, please wrap it in a gift box so that it does not get lost. Bring the purchased gifts WRAPPED and labeled with the child’s name and FAMILY NUMBER to the Family Life Hall between 8:00-10:00 am on Saturday, December 9. If you are unable to drop off at the allotted time, please reach out to Kimberly Butryn.

2. Make a Financial Donation

Provide a monetary donation for “shoppers” to fill the needs of a child’s wish list. To pay by check, make check payable to Marietta FUMC, include Christmas Angels in the memo line and mail or drop off at the church. To pay by credit card, visit mariettafumc.org/events

3. Volunteer

Sign up HERE to be a delivery driver to deliver gifts to the children/ families. Delivery will begin at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, December 9.
