Princess Dance Camp is full. Jungle Tumble camp July 15 - 19 is also full. Another session of this popular camp has been added July 22 - 26!

Online registration is available until 2 weeks before camp start date, after that in-person registration is required.
No VBS registrations will be accepted the week of June 1 - 8. We encourage early registration and will honor friend requests through May 31. If you do not register by May 31, walk-up registration will be available beginning June 10.

See below for the list of our 2013 Summer Camps. VBS is the week of June 10-13 for preschool and elementary age children. Nursery age children (3 or younger as of 9/2/12) are welcome in VBS if a parent volunteers. Contact Kelly Duncan with any questions, kellyduncan@mariettafumc.org.
Age Guidelines - Weekday Camps are open to children who turned 1by 9/1/12. Other preschool camps are open to children who turned 3 by 9/1/12 and are fully potty trained. Elementary camps are for children in completed K-2nd grade. Exception to age guidelines are noted next to some camps.
Cost for most camps is $100. Dance, tumble and drama camps are $125.
Please send a lunch for all camps with no peanut products.
Parents Day Out is offered for infants to 5 year olds Monday - Friday, 9:00 to 1:00. Call 770-429-7850, ext. 7860 for reservations. Cost is $5/hour.

Kid Biz (Elementary) JUNE 3 – 7, 203
From lemonade stands to walking dogs and selling homemade cookies, we will discover what it takes to start your own kid-friendly business. We’ll develop concepts, create ads, and even film our own commercials. Campers will also learn how to be responsible and learn what God says about financial planning.

Drama Camp (Completed 1st - 5th grade) JUNE 17 – 21, 2013
Have you always wanted to be a star? Come show your skills at drama camp! The week is filled with singing, dancing, acting, costume making and set designing! The week ends with a dinner theatre performance for all of your fans Friday night. Auditions for all major roles will be held during the week of June 10.
Master Chef (Elementary) JUNE 24 – 28, 2013
This week we will join staff chef Susan McElwain in the kitchen. She will teach us appropriate safety skills and how to create our own recipes. Susan will explain how we can express God’s love through food. At the end of the week, parents will join us for a special meal prepared by the campers.
Out of this World (Preschool) JUNE 24 – 28, 2013
From the stars to the planets, God created it all. In this camp, we will be exploring the far reaches of space and learning about our galaxy. Throughout the week we will build rockets, learn about our solar system, and explore what it means to be an astronaut. From experienced astronauts to first-time explorers, this camp will be a blast!
Weekday Splish Splash Bash (Preschool) JUNE 24 28, 2013
Bring a lunch and join us for a week of wet fun. Art, games, music and of course lots of waterplay. The week will end with a Preschool DJ Dance Party on the "beach". Don't miss out on the fun.
Imagination Vacation (Preschool and Elementary) JULY 8 – 12, 2013
Using the talents God has given us, we will explore many different aspects of creativity and imagination. Our week will include LEGO building, artistic expression, and invention. Let’s see what our minds can come up with during our Imagination Vacation.
Barbie Dance Camp (Ages 6 – 9) JULY 8 – 12, 2013
If you love the color pink and can dance to Barbie Swan Lake, Barbie and the Diamond Castle, or Barbie and the Three Musketeers, then this is the camp for you! Children will enjoy dancing, dress-up time, crafts, and story time.
God’s Creation (Elementary) JULY 15 – 19, 2013
Explore the world that God created. This week we will take nature hikes, learn about recycling and taking care of our planet, investigate Earth science, and even take a field trip to Chestatee Wildlife Preserve.

New Session Added! Jungle Tumble (Ages 3 to 6) JULY 22nd - 26th
God made our bodies to bend, stretch, jump, and tumble! Each day will be filled with stretching, coordination skills, tumbling basics, a variety of games and crafts, outdoor time, story time, and more! Wear comfortable clothes (such as shorts and a t-shirt).
Fitness Fun (Preschool and Elementary) JULY 22 – 26, 2013
This week is all about getting up and moving around. Our days will focus on learning about the body God created how to stay healthy and active. We will learn about the anatomy, nutrition, and exercise.
Mission Explorers (Rising 3rd – 5th Graders) JUNE and JULY Mondays
Older elementary children will get hands on participation with local missions as they travel to different sites each week, followed by discussion and lunch. Cost is $10 per child. Age appropriate outings will be held on Mondays, June 3, 17, 24, and July 8, 15, 22 and 29. Most activities will take place between 10:00 and 1:00 each day. Locations will be determined as time draws nearer. Watch for updates on our website!
