Created By God Human Sexuality Weekend - November 2012

We are pleased to offer a course for 5th and 6th graders that emphasizes a healthy biblical and Christian perspective on human sexuality, values, and relationships. The course will run Thursday, November 8 through Saturday, November 10.  Leading the study will be Rev. Leigh Meekins, Director of Discipleship Ministries for the Alabama-West Florida Annual Conference. Prior to her current position, Leigh served in the role of Minister of Children's Ministries and Christian Education in United Methodist Churches throughout the Southeast. There will be a parents meeting on Thursday, November 8 from 6:00 - 7:00pm. Students will meet on Friday, November 9 from 5:00 - 8:30pm and Saturday, November 10 from 9:00am - 12:15pm. Parents and children meet together from 12:15 - 2:30pm on Saturday and lunch will be provided. Cost for the program is $75. RSVP to Georgia Rambo at ext. 7805.
