We will be working at LaSenda with our missionaries Steve and Pam English. LaSenda is a children's home and school. We will be doing projects at the facility as well as helping out with the school and interacting with the children who live there. Our mission trip will involve Christian discipleship among the Quichua Indians in Ambato, Ecuador. We also expect to take part in a variety of service projects, ranging from basic maintenance (painting, etc.) to light construction or demolition. Provide a Medical Mission to complement the efforts of LAMA Medical Campaign. We would work to engage MFUMC Medical Professionals with the local medical professionals of Chimbote, Peru to provide sustainable year round care for the poor.
